Over the years in Hong Kong, We developed a way to understand the eating habits of the Chinese in Hong Kong. While we were doing this, all our encounters were more interesting than we thought they could be.

In this web site, everything is written in and for Hong Kong. Each poem has its own meaning behind, upon the emotion or deep thoughts for those amusing people we have met, throughout those working and non-working hours.

We did all this; just wish the world to know, in what way Hong Kong is different from the world, and how interesting this place is, through the distinctive characters of her people.
